About Me
Meet Emily Cox
With a love for outdoor adventures and pushing the limits, I believe that health in movement is a very important part of life. Massage therapy is crucial to support the body systems in recovery, wellness, relieving chronic pain, relaxation, supporting posture, flushing out muscle tension, and everything in-between so that you can move and feel your best!
My deep understanding of the body and its functional movement patterns comes from my background in sport, as I played soccer though college and then transitioned to racing mountain bikes on a professional level. I have always worked closely with massage therapists to help me recover from many different injuries and get my body systems back to their normal levels. I truly believe in the work and hope to be able to get every client feeling and moving their best.
